At Virac we undertake the full life cycle management of your products from hand assembled prototypes, reworks, pre-production through to machine built volume assembly.
For those assemblies used in a harsh or hostile environment we can also protect them with the use of conformal coating or potting.
We can combine mechanical assembly with cables wiring and looms.
We maintain all build file packages which contain the BOM gerber files, drawings photographs, build processes and test procedures.
All of which are controlled by our change note procedure and revision controls.
